Child Seats Infant (CSI) -The infant seats are for infants from 5 to 20 pounds up to 26 inches long. The renter will be provided with the manufacturers installation instructions at the counter so he/she can correctly install the seat. Infant seats are available for back seat use only. Child Seat Toddler (CST) -Toddler seats are for children weighing from 20 to 40 pounds up to 40 inches tall. The renter will be provided with the manufacturers installation instructions at the counter so he/she can correctly install the seat. Toddler seats are available for back seat use only. Hand Control Right (HCR) /Hand Control Left (HCL) - Available at no additional cost. Must be reserved through the pick up location with 10 days advance notice. If advance notice is not given, equipment may be unavailable. Renters must bring their own parking permit as Advantage/EZ does not provide handicapped ID cards or car stickers. Advantage/EZ is able to provide hand controls on a variety of our rental cars. We will make every effort to provide our physically disabled customers with the vehicle of their choice. Ski Rack/Snow Tires (SKV) - Ski equipped vehicles are available at select locations. This includes mud/all weather tires and ski racks. **CHAINS ARE NOT AVAILABLE** GPS Travel Tablet (MTECH) - Portable GPS Plus systems are available at many locations.

Additional Drivers

Additional authorized operators can be added, for an additional charge, at the time of rental or at any rental location. The primary renter and each Additional Authorized Operator must be present to sign the rental agreement and must meet normal rental qualifications, such as showing a valid driver license, and meeting all age requirements.


Returns are accepted 24 hours a day. A return agent is on site for after hours returns.


Age 21-24 – May use Credit or Debit Card and meet all payment policies. Underage Charge will apply.

Local Renter Policies also apply.



Debit Cards which contain an AMEX / Discover / MasterCard / Visa logo are acceptable at time of rental provided the renter has a confirmed flight from the return location on the scheduled rental return date. Debit Cards will be charged for the estimated rental charges plus a $200 deposit at time of rental. Any unused deposit will be credited to the customer`s account within 3 to 5 business days of the rental return, subject to your bank`s processing guidelines.


Three refueling options are available to meet your needs.

1) FUEL NOW - you may purchase a tank of gas at the time of rental and return the vehicle with as little gas as you like. Please be aware that we are unable to issue a refund for unused fuel. However, this method eliminates the need for you to refuel the tank prior to returning.

2) FUEL LATER - You can let us refuel for you. You pay for the fuel required to replace the fuel you used and for the service and convenience of refueling the tank.

3) SELF SERVE -You refuel the tank yourself immediately prior to returning the vehicle. Pricing for each option varies and is available at the rental counter.




Local Renters are limited to renting the following car classes sizes Economy (ECAR), Compact (CCAR), Intermediate (ICAR), Standard (SCAR), Full size (FCAR), Intermediate SUV (IFAR) Minivan (MVAR), and Premium Vans (PVAR).


A Drop Fee is assessed for renting a vehicle at one of our rental locations and returning it to a different rental location. The cost of this fee varies depending on the renting and returning location.



Pets are allowed to ride in the vehicles with no additional fees. Renters are responsible for any damage caused by the pet, and to avoid cleaning charges, vehicles should be returned clean and free of pet hair. Renters with service animals will not be subject to any additional deposits.


CARDS Accepted:

CREDIT/CHARGE Cards accepted: American Express / MasterCard / Discover / China UnionPay / Visa / BankAmericard / Optima Amex .

DEBIT cards must have AMEX / Discover / MasterCard / or Visa logo. We must be able to verify a confirmed flight reservation from the return location specified on the Rental Agreement on the scheduled rental return date.

Stored Value/Prepaid Cards/Gift Cards with or without Visa/Mastercar/Discover/AMEX logos are not acceptable at time of rental. They may be used at time of return for final settlement of charges.

Cash is accepted at time of return only.

DEPOSIT Requirements:

CREDIT CARD: An authorization for the estimated amount of rental charges plus $200 must be obtained at the time of rental. Full charges will be processed upon return.

DEBIT CARD: The total of estimated amount of rental charges plus $200 will be charged at time of rental. Any unused deposit on a Debit Card will be refunded within 3 to 5 business days, subject to your issuing bank crediting policies.

THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS: An acceptable Credit or Debit Card must be presented even if all or part of the rental has been paid to a third party. The Credit or Debit Card is subject to the same Deposit requirements stated here.


-DROP FEE- This fee is assessed for renting a vehicle at one of our rental locations and returning it to a different rental location. The fee varies based on the Pickup and Return locations specified at time of reservation.



You (the renter) are responsible for all tolls assessed during the rental. The Vehicle is equipped with an electronic toll payment service through a third party provider (“Verra Mobility”). This rental location offers a pre-paid tolling option (“Toll Service”). If you accept the Toll Service option at the time of rental, you will be charged a convenience for each day of the rental, regardless of the number of tolls incurred. If you decline the Toll Service at the time of rental and a toll charge is incurred, we or the Provider will automatically charge you: (1) a convenience fee of $15 for each day that you drive on an electronic tollway or bridge up to $90 per rental agreement; and (2) “Incurred Tolls” billed at the highest prevailing/cash rate plus all applicable fees and taxes. If you do not purchase the Toll Service and wish to avoid charges for driving on an electronic tollway or bridge, you must use a personal transponder to pay all tolls; use only cash lanes and pay in cash; plan a route to avoid tolls; or consult local authorities for other payment methods. Certain tollways and bridges do not accept cash. If you travel on such a road without using a personal transponder accepted on that road or another alternative payment method, you must use the Toll Service.

Other Violations: You are responsible for all parking citations, red light and bus lane tickets, photo enforcement fees, fines for toll evasion, and other fines, fees, and penalties (each a “Violation”) assessed against you, us or the Vehicle during the rental. If we are notified by the charging authorities that we may be responsible for a Violation, you understand that we or our Provider may either: (a) transfer liability to you by providing your rental information to the charging authority and charge you an administrative fee of up to $40 per Violation; or (b) pay the Violation on your behalf and charge your payment card on file for the Violation, taxes, and an administrative fee of up to $40 per Violation.


Advantage/EZ vehicles may not be driven into Mexico.
